How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are EliorWatches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our models are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday wear and light swimming, though we recommend avoiding deep-sea diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition for a full refund.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every EliorWatch comes with a 24-month international warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our mesh and link bracelets are designed for easy adjustment. Link bracelets include a resizing tool, and mesh straps feature a sliding clasp that requires no special equipment.
